Andrew Schrader has worked construction projects on both sides of the contract, both as the contractor and as the engineering consultant.
He has personally installed shingle roofs at Macdill Air Force base, anchored swing stage equipment on high rise buildings, and waded through trailer park floodwaters searching for survivors after Hurricane Irma.
Besides his Professional Engineering (PE) license, Mr. Schrader has earned his Certified General Contractor (CGC) license. He has been accredited by the State of Florida as a Special Inspector of Threshold Building (SI) which allows him to perform critical inspections for reinforced concrete, structural masonry, post-tensioned slabs, and foundations.
